Who are we
ByFriday is a small family business making handmade cheesecakes, deserts and sauces. My name is Marc and I started baking to help me through a mentally challenging period in my life.
I have always loved to cook and experiment with flavours and have many positive experiences from friends and family, so with their encouragement I am now sharing my passion to a broader market.
My goal is to create flavourful food that looks great and sometimes challenges the conventional, but don’t worry I am also happy to provide traditional favourites as well.
Cheesecakes
I make non bake cheesecakes fresh to order in a range of sizes, whether they are for a decadent treat, or a special function. I am happy to accommodate your special requirements as I make to order.
Vegetarian and Vegan dietary requirements can usually be catered for.
Marinades and Sauces
We have a range of homemade sauces that can be used to compliment your cheesecakes. Also we do a range of marinades (not for cheesecakes) that are versatile and very tasty, in a variety of intensities.
